Are Your Essential Oils Pure?
Our essential oils are 100% pure, 100% natural (not denatured with synthetic molecules), 100% integral (not bleached, not deterpenated, not rectified).
How To Store Essential Oils?
Essential oils are sensitive to UV radiation as well as to the gradual evaporation of their constituents.
It is therefore imperative to keep your essential oils in our amber-colored glass bottles and kept away from direct sunlight. Best to be kept at a temperature between 5°C and 40°C.
Are There Any Precautions To Take Note Of?
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Keep out of reach of children, and do practice caution for use on your child. More information can be found on the product listing.
- Practice caution if you're pregnant, or if you are breastfeeding. More information can be found on the product listing.
- As a general rule, always do a test application of your preparation, in the bend of the elbow, at least 48 hours before using it.
- Always dilute your essential oils with a carrier oil if you're looking to apply topically. Using pure essential oils on your skin without diluting them can cause irritation and skin damage.
Orders & Payments
Do You Charge Any Taxes On Your Products?
At the moment, we do not charge any taxes for orders delivered within Singapore.
However, International orders may result in import duties and taxes. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information as customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country.
Can I Cancel My Order / Make Any Changes To My Order?
We are unable to make any changes or cancellations to your order after an order has been placed.
It is highly recommended that you check your order and shipping details carefully before checking out your cart.
What Is Your Return Policy?
We are unable to do an exchange or process any refunds once your order is confirmed.

How Long Does It Take For My Order To Be Delivered To Me?
Processing of orders will take approximately 1-2 working days.
For local delivery, it will take around 2-5 working days for your items to be delivered to you.
